General Information
Twin Ells has a wide variety of sites to
accommodate the smallest of tents to the largest of rigs. BIG RIGS ARE WELCOME. The campsite
sets on 40 acres of rolling hills, with its 212 sites nestled among a wide variety of trees such
as maple, birch, poplar, hardhack, ironwood, hickory, beech, and pine.
There are 2 ½ miles of
well-lit roads, well suited for day & evening strolls. The fall foliage is breath taking. Don’t
let our cheap rate give you the wrong impression; we are an efficient, family owned &operated
business. Some things aren’t always too good to be true. Let our pictures speak for themselves.
We have a 6.5/8.5*/8 Trailer Life rating. We are Good Sam Park.

We have a 36 lot manufactured housing community situated across the road from
the campsite. It's a residential community located in the Beekmantown School District. The lots,
which are on average are 100' X 125', all have concrete slabs and are fully grassed. Tenants
have conditional use of the campsites recreational facilities, and garbage receptacles and recycling
are included in the rent.
SEASON’S DATES OF OPERATION:
- May 1 – October 15* (or Columbus Day/Canadian Thanksgiving whichever comes first).
TIMES: Check In/Check Out
- In: 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
If you will be arriving before/after hours, simply call ahead to make arrangements.
- Out: 3:00 p.m.

A note to seasonal guests:
We do allow permanent gazebo (screen room) roofs,
and adda-rooms. The material must be of commercial grade manufactured material such as those
distributed by Dura-Bilt and Penquin. Certain restrictions do apply. Please consult with Chuck
for further details before purchase.
